What is Reiki?
Reiki is a modality that originated from Japan. The reiki practioner channels the reiki energy from a higher source and passes the energy on to the recipient through their hands. Reiki energy can be sent in person but with no contact with the recipient bodies, in person with contact, or distantly (not in person). The reiki energy has no barriers physically or through time or space. The reiki energy passed on to the recipient works with the person”s own energy and energy field (Auric field). This process encourages the body’s energy to restore balance and induces a deep state of relaxation. The reiki energy works on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

What happens when you schedule distant reiki with me:
A distant reiki session is conducted by scheduling at an agreed upon time when you can be somewhere comfortable without interruptions. Most people find that lying down on their bed is the most comfortable. Usually, we will schedule either a half-hour or an hour session. Before the session begins, the I will contact you to make sure you are in a comfortable place to receive reiki. Once you are ready, I will energetically connect to the you. I will send reiki energy to you addressing various physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. During this time, I often sense various types of feedback from the client energetically. You might experience sensations such as warmth, heat, tingling, and coolness throughout various areas of body. It is also common for clients to experience rapid eye movement with their eyes closed, which is the same type of experience that happens when someone is dreaming. Additionally, you may experience certain emotions surfacing or start thinking about things you haven’t thought about in quite a while. It is also not uncommon for people NOT to feel anything but a sense of relaxation. This does not mean that the reiki is not working.
When I finish working, I will give you 5-10 minutes to come out of the session. After the short break at the end of the session, I will call you so that we can review the session, talk about your experience, and discuss any questions you might have.
A distant reiki session can be just as powerful of an experience as if you are with me in person, except you never have to leave your home!
60 Minute Distant Reiki Session: $75
(40 minutes of reiki + 20 minutes of feedback) = 60 Minute Session

30 Minute Distant Reiki Session: $50
(20 minutes of reiki + 10 minutes of feedback) = 30 Minute Session
